Japan-based Relia, Inc. to acquire SPi Global's Customer Relationship Management business
Manila, Philippines. Relia, Inc., one of the largest BPO companies in Japan, has entered into a definitive agreement with SPi Global to acquire its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business in the Philippines, United States and Nicaragua.
The CRM business under the legal entity SPi CRM, Inc. is the largest independent Customer Relationship Management outsourcing provider in the Philippines. With more than 10,000 employees in 11 locations globally, SPi CRM serves clients across various industries in the United States and the Asia Pacific region, delivering multi-lingual solutions covering the entire customer life cycle.
Relia is listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of Y73B and has over thirty BPO centers in Japan, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With this transaction, Maulik Parekh, President and CEO of SPi Global will continue to lead the SPi CRM business.
