Before joining SPi CRM, Maulik Parekh served as President & CEO of its holding company, SPi Global for over six years, during which time the value of the company increased by over three-fold.
Under Maulik’s leadership, SPi has become the most-awarded BPO brand in Asia, receiving nearly 90 prestigious industry awards in the last half decade alone. Recent awards include “Best Company to Work for in Asia” from the 2015 Asia Corporate Excellence Sustainability Awards, “2015 BPO Company of the Year” from the London-based Business Worldwide Corporate Excellence Awards, as well as the “Employer of the Year 2014,” and “BPO Company of the Year 2011” recognitions from the International ICT Awards. Maulik was the first recipient of the “Best CEO of the Year” at the 2015 International ICT Awards.
Previously, Maulik was Executive Vice President of Asia Operations for TeleTech Holdings, where his strategy expanded the company's Asian presence from 6,000 to over 22,000 employees across 14 sites in three years.
Maulik has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat University, India and an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
Ryan Laureano’s responsibilities cover legal affairs, facilities administration, travel desk, and global procurement. He has overseen the management of our global offices as well as the build-out of new facilities and expansion of existing sites. He has also led strategic initiatives to create a more efficient and cost-effective procurement service for the organization.
Ryan has over 13 years’ legal experience that is highly relevant to the BPO business, including serving as Country Counsel for companies engaged in offshoring and outsourcing. Ryan has a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Management degree from De La Salle University Manila.
Sohit Saundh joined the company in 2012. His core responsibilities include financial strategy, operational finance, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting – driving financial performance, devising financial strategy, and providing the business with financial insights.
Sohit has fifteen years working experience in the BPO industry. Previously he was the head of Sitel’s Financial Planning and Analysis for the Philippines and ANZ, as well as the Vice President for Finance with Deutsche Bank. He’s an Associate Chartered Accountant, recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Certified Six Sigma professional.
Sohit has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
Mark Mistal is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of SPi CRM’s technology infrastructure – notably, conceptualization, implementation, and management of all enterprise data centers and co-located data centers worldwide.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, information technology and IT security, product support, and project management. He held various management positions in the United States Army and a semiconductor company in the United States. Prior to joining SPi CRM, Mark was Head of Information Technology for SPi Global. He was also Deputy Chief, Partner Operations for the US Department of Defense’s Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Maryland, and served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Army Reserve Information Operations Command in Maryland, USA.
Mark is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point New York, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and CIO certificate from the National Defense University in Washington DC.
Marvin Victoriano heads our human resources programs across the Philippines, Australia, the United States, and Nicaragua. He is responsible for strategic organization planning and design, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, leadership development, performance management, and overall HR delivery.
With over 17 years of experience as an HR professional, Marvin has spent the last 11 with the BPO industry, notably as Director of Human Resources, and Executive Director of Human Capital Delivery, for Transcom Worldwide, Philippines, Inc., and TeleTech Customer Management Phils., Inc., respectively.
Marvin has a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Journalism from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
May Dizon heads our global marketing and corporate communication efforts and manages our US-based Sales Operations. Her expertise lies in strategic communications from her 25 years of professional experience and previous capacities in various sectors such as media, retail, real estate, and BPO. In May’s career at SPi spanning more than 15 years, she has led multiple organization-wide rebranding exercises, client and recruitment marketing efforts, and has been responsible for a successful awards program, helping the company win over 100 prestigious awards.
May holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in mass communications from Enverga University majoring in broadcast journalism.
Miguel Crisostomo is responsible for identifying opportunities that will increase shareholder value. As our primary liaison between management and shareholders, he is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of our organization with that of our parent entity.
Since joining SPi in 2011, Miguel has been at the helm of M&A processes, including the sale of PLDT’s interest to CVC Equity Partners during 2013, and their subsequent exit, resulting in the successful sale of SPi CRM to the Relia Group in 2016.
Miguel has ten years of experience in his field, with a previous stint as Finance Manager of Teletech. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Ateneo De Manila University, and he completed his MBA (cum laude) from the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame, where he was the recipient of the Notre Dame Fellowship.
Rommel Regino manages nearly 5,000 employees dedicated to our Asia-Pacific operations. He leads strategic initiatives that involve process improvement, people development, client relationships, business delivery, and project implementation. He is a champion of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QS9000, Six Sigma, TQM, and COPC.
Rommel has 12 years’ experience in BPO and in manufacturing. Previously, he was Head of Voice for the Hubs, ANZ Global Services, as well as President and CEO of WNS GS Philippines. As Senior Director for Operations at Sykes Asia, Inc., he was instrumental in growing the business from just 400 to over 9,000 people.
Rommel has a Bachelor's degree in Science in Industrial Management Engineering, minor in Chemical Engineering, from De La Salle University.
