  • Answers inquiries relating to products, services and current promotions
  • Communicates and explains the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers by establishing relationships and building strong rapport
  • Verifies if information relayed is accurate and complete to properly address customer’s concerns and queries
  • Keeps customers’ private information confidential
  • Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles and standards
Qualifications:

  • High school graduate
  • Average communication skills
