We need individuals who are fluent Mandarin speakers, can provide answers to inquiries relating to the company's products and services, assist customers with transactions and complaints, has the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and is flexible to do overtime as needed.

Responsibilities: 
  • Answers inquiries relating to products, services and current promotions
  • Verifies if information relayed is accurate and complete to properly address the customer’s concerns and queries.
  • Talks to customers to gather details, probing for necessary information
  • Keeps customers’ private information confidential
  • Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles and standards
Qualifications: 
  • 18 years of age and up
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • With or without work experience
