Responsibilities: 
  • Provides customer service to business clients to improve customer satisfaction,
  • Answers queries and handle complaints
  • Analyzes customer complaints and provides appropriate corrective actions
  • Assists directly or routes customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner
Qualifications: 
  • Confident and driven individual with great English communication skills
  • Quick learner – has the ability to learn new systems, products and services

  • One year of CSR experience or previous call center experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Flexible schedule
