Responsibilities: 
  • Answers inbound calls, gathers details, probing for necessary information and making sure they are directed to the right department
  • Verifies if information relayed is accurate and complete to properly address the customer’s concerns and queries
  • Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles and standards
Qualifications: 
  • 18 years of age and up
  • At least 2 years in college or completed 72 units
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • With or without work experience
  • *High school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience handling international accounts are welcome to apply
